Can I switch my proxies?

Yes, you can switch your proxies out instantly by clicking the Renew Proxies button that will appear in your client product area. You can also pay for extra refreshes if needed after you've used your initial refresh. You can refresh your proxies after an invoice has been paid even if it hasn't been an entire month.
