Dear Valued Customer,

We’ve made major updates to ActProxy and our billing system. If you have recurring payments with us, you may need to update your payment method. You can do so in your account by clicking here.

If you need help setting up a new payment method for automatic payments, please let us know. You can set up a new PayPal Billing Agreement or add a credit/debit card. The rest of the process should look familiar.

To contact support, please submit a ticket here or open a support request from your client area.

We’ll also be making styling improvements across the new site over the next few weeks. These changes will not affect your service.
